Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. we hope you are happy with your items. All sales are final. No returns accepted. However significantly factory defective items are accepted for refunds within 7 days from which shipment is received.
We require that customers notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of any problem with the items within 2 days of receipt. Refunds are not available for any product after 7 days.
Any problem with the item should be stated within 7 days of receipt.
All items must be new, in unused condition, in original packaging and must have all tags.
We do not offer free returns.
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. Send our customer service team an email within 7 days of purchase at email@example.com with images of the faulty product we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible but it occasionally takes up to 21 days after notification has been received.
You will receive an email notification from us to let you know your refund process has began. Please be aware that payments will take 3-5 working days.
